The long, skinny, vertical windows inspired the landscape of light beams made of 18-ft to 30-ft, 2-sided, light boxes. These define and unite the overall space while creating a contemplative atmosphere that slows viewers down and encourages wandering. My investigations operate quietly – looking to subtle shifts of light and shade to reveal or obscure meaning. Parts may be absorbed but never the whole.
